TVM Touch Screen
What it is

The screen inside the ticket machine.

A ticket vending machine lives in the hardest spot in the station: unattended, outdoors or semi-outdoors, touched hundreds of times a day by gloved, rushed, first-time users. The display is where every transaction either flows or fails. RisingStar is a hardware OEM/ODM — you integrate the payment, card, and ticket modules; we supply the screen that passengers trust at the point of sale.

We do not build ticketing or CMS software; our display is open to your payment stack.

Frequently asked

Everything you need to know about specifying TVM touch screens for ticket vending machines.

01 Does the touch work with gloves?

Yes. PCAP capacitive touch with glove and wet-hand mode. Works in cold platforms and rainy entrances.

02 Can it connect to our payment terminal?

Yes. HDMI / LVDS / Serial / LAN interfaces connect to payment terminals, card dispensers, and ticket printers. Open SDK/API for your software.

03 Can the screen show live train times?

Yes. Open interfaces let your software push live train times and delays straight to the screen — no separate information board required.

04 What certifications apply?

CE / RoHS / FCC certified, ISO 9001 certified, with IP65 front panel. Payment compliance (EMV/NCMC/QR) handled by your system.

05 What about warranty and working life?

Standard warranty is 3 years, backed by long-cycle after-sales: we repair by module or board rather than replacing the whole screen. Working life depends on several factors — the LED backlight, the panel, driver electronics and the duty environment among them; the backlight is rated up to 50,000 h (L50), roughly 5.7 years at 24/7. Our units are rated to an MTBF of 50,000 hours, based on our reliability test data.
