Do you supply the wayfinding software?
No. We supply the touch display hardware. The kiosk connects to your navigation software, CMS, and indoor-positioning system through open SDK/API.

Does the touch work with gloves?
Yes. PCAP capacitive touch with glove and wet-hand mode. Works in cold platforms and rainy entrances.

What about warranty and working life?
Standard warranty is 3 years, backed by long-cycle after-sales: we repair by module or board rather than replacing the whole kiosk. Working life depends on several factors — the LED backlight, the panel, driver electronics and the duty environment among them; the backlight is rated up to 50,000 h (L50), roughly 5.7 years at 24/7. Our units are rated to an MTBF of 50,000 hours, based on our reliability test data.
